Re:View was approached to consider a Brand Refresh – after our initial discussions with Alice and Johnny, they believed the time had come to move the brand forward with a “need to modernise” and to “show their more caring side”.
Primarily we needed to understand what is at the core of the GV Health business and establish messaging and a brand position that reflects the ambitions and expertise of the business. To do this, we engaged with crucial staff through meetings to understand the business, target markets and key brand objectives.
To facilitate and physicalise the brand refresh, several critical communications were developed as part of this initial work.
